Room regulations

The purpose of the structure is to offer guests a serene and restful environment and give an opportunity to rediscover human and Christian values, in a relationship of respect and cordiality with everyone.
For his part, each Guest, entering this accommodation facility, declares that he wants to accept these purposes and to adapt to the rules indicated by these regulations for the good of everyone's coexistence.

• The request for availability of rooms must be made by telephone at no. +39 0184 261833, or by email by writing to info@villagarnier.it or by filling out the availability request form available on the dedicated page Request availability precisely the day of arrival, departure, the type of treatment and the number of occupants. Please note that it is not possible to make reservations or availability requests through Booking, Trivago or other platforms.

• The request for the availability of the rooms will become a confirmed booking to all intents and purposes only after the payment of the confirmatory deposit. The deposit of 20% based on the type of stay requested, can be done by bank transfer to the current account indicated in the communication sent by Villa Garnier.

• In case of cancellation, communicated to Villa Garnier at least 15 days prior from the start date of the stay, the confirmatory deposit will be refunded in full, by bank transfer to the current account indicated by the customer. If other types of reimbursement involve costs, these will be deducted from the refund.

• BEWARE OF FRODES! To confirm the reservation, when sending the deposit by bank transfer, please ALWAYS CHECK that the IBAN is as follows:

• In the event of cancellation during the 15 days prior to the start date of the stay, the confirmatory deposit will be fully retained*.

• Any request of availability, variation or cancellation of a stay must be sent to Villa Garnier by telephone at no.+39 0184 261833 or by email at info@villagarnier.it.

• Villa Garnier, in case the Guest does not show up on the first day of stay without giving reasons, will keep the room available exclusively for the first night until 09.30 am on the second day of booking.

• In case of early departure, the cost of the room will be charged in the form of bed and breakfast for all days booked and not used.

• CHECK-IN: the rooms are made available from 14.00 to 18.00 on the day of arrival.

• CHECK-OUT: on the day of departure, the room must be vacated between 9.00 and 10.00 a.m. and the keys returned.

• In case of need, luggages can be stored in a room indicated by the Management, relieving it of any responsibility for its contents.

• Do not leave the keys of the rooms hanging on the reception panel, but always carry them with you.

• The Guest, upon arrival, will present a valid identification document and will take note of these regulations; the acceptance of hospitality will be a sign of explicit approval of the regulations, without reserves.

• Payments can be made from 09:00 to 16:00 at the reception.

• From 08:00 to 09:00 it is possible to have breakfast, to be consumed only in the dining room.

• The telephone switchboard service starts at 09:00 and ends at 19:00.

• The Management is not responsible for goods or valuables left unattended by the Guest in the rooms and common areas.

*The deposit can be refunded in full even if the cancellation is made within 15 days prior to the start date of the stay, only and exclusively in the case of legislative provisions that limit the mobility of citizens beyond the borders of their region, province or municipality.

• Guests are asked to have the utmost respect for the decorum of the complex called Villa Garnier, and for the conservation of the furnishings. In any case, they must behave appropriately for the place that hosts them.

• The Guest is responsible for the custody of the structure and the use of the equipment and compliance with the regulations in force.

• Guests are asked not to access the kitchen and the other rooms other than the common areas.

• The Management can retaliate for any damage caused by the Guest, particularly to the furnishings of the room.

• It is strongly recommended to avoid noises that may disturb peaceful coexistence, particularly at night.

• Strangers may not be brought into the rooms without the permission of the Management.

• It is forbidden to bring animals into the structure, use stoves, heaters, and other potentially dangerous tools.

• Any electronic audio device (TV, smartphone, notebook, etc.) must be kept at low volume, especially after 10:00 pm.

• Any communication of complaint must be submitted in writing to the Management, which is directly responsible for the smooth running of the Villa Garnier Complex.

• Pursuant to Law No. 3, art. 51 of 16.11.2003 smoking is not allowed in the structures of the Villa.
