REPORTS OF VIOLATION OF NATIONAL AND EUROPEAN UNION REGULATORY PROVISIONS PURSUANT TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 24 OF 10 MARCH 2023 IMPLEMENTING DIRECTIVE (EU) 2019/1937
In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023, the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph Aosta has activated its own reporting channel, which guarantees, also through the use of encryption tools, the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person, the person involved and the person in any case mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report and related documentation.
